What a start to the academic year! I was absolutely thrilled to see Warwick House come top of the leader board for House Points last half term – we’re very much in the running for this half term, so fingers crossed we can make it over the finish line in first place to make it two for two. I must also thank all of our Charity Reps and all the other students who helped support with our Children in Need charity day. As a school we raised in excess of £2,000 for a brilliant cause so well done all! We’re also running out annual Christmas Hamper Challenge where students are decorating and filling hampers, another fantastic example of how our students work so hard for charity and to support the local community.
The Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust is our local wildlife conservation charity. They look after nearly 100 nature reserves, give wildlife a voice, and inspire people to take action for wildlife. Their nature conservation work is helping to put wildlife back on the map outside of the protected nature reserves.
Child abuse is preventable, not inevitable. That’s why, every day, the NSPCC works hard to protect children, prevent abuse and make child abuse a thing of the past. As a school community we want to ensure that all children and young people are safe.
