Protecting our students with vaccinations next term

The school medical team work closely with NHS Lincolnshire Community Health Services to ensure that our students are protected with vaccinations against flu and other illnesses. By ensuring that students are protected can also help protect other members of the family.

During next term, there will be the following vaccinations for students in Years 8 and 9. Information about these vaccinations have already been sent to parents/carers as online consent forms must be completed in advance (please remember to complete a separate form for each vaccination)..

All vaccines are free and provided on the school site (during school hours) and will take place on the following dates:

Monday 19th June 2023

• HPV Vaccination – Year 8 (1st Vaccination)

Tuesday 20th June 2023

• HPV Vaccination – Year 9 (2nd Vaccination)

Thursday 6th July 2023

• Catch-up sessions for vaccinations: Tetanus Booster and Meningitis ACWY – Year 9

Thursday 13th July 2023

• Catch-up sessions for vaccinations: HPV Vaccination – Year 8 & 9
