Year 11 celebrate in style at their end of year Prom

The Year 11 Celebration Prom is a memorable event where our students can celebrate together for one last time before they depart for sixth form or college.

We made sure that our students have the perfect finale after all of their hard work over the last five years by holding the Prom at the Springfield Events & Conference Centre in Spalding.

As is customary at the prom, the students put a lot of effort and thought into what to wear and they arrived in a variety of vehicles including luxury and vintage cars, limousines and even a tractor! Family and friends were able to see students grace the red carpet before celebrating with fellow students and staff.

Students were able to dance the night away at the venue, which was hired out exclusively by Bourne Academy so they could celebrate together in a safe and relaxed environment. At the prom, they also enjoyed a generous buffet, awards ceremony and photo booth as well as a disco.

All of the staff at Bourne Academy and South Lincolnshire Academies Trust wish all of the students every success in the future and we know they will look back at this milestone event with fond memories.
