Alfie competes at the National Trampoline and DMT League Finals

Alfie Rosam Lee in Year 11 has been excelling in Trampolining competitions at Bourne Academy for a long while and this is down to the dedication he puts into the sport in his spare time.

As a member of the Abbey High Fliers Trampoline Club in Crowland, Alfie commits to a regular training schedule and this has given him opportunities to compete in national competitions.

He was recently selected to compete in the National Trampoline and DMT League Finals at the Olympic Velodrome in London featuring over 400 of the top young trampolinists from across the UK.

Alfie competed in the 15-16 Male League 3 category, where he completed two great routines with his 9 somersault vol being a highlight as it was in a slightly different order to which his coach was expecting!

We are incredibly proud of Alfie as finishing 13th in the UK at an elite national final is a fantastic achievement and recognition of his hard work and dedication.
