Open Evening dates for prospective students in years 5 to 6

We are pleased to announce the dates of our Open Evenings for prospective students in years 5 to 6 that will take place in 2026.

BOURNE ACADEMY

• Thursday 24th September 2026
• 5.30pm to 7.30pm

SPALDING ACADEMY

• Thursday 1st October 2026
• 5.30pm to 7.30pm

COWLEY ACADEMY

• Tuesday 22nd September 2026
• 5.30pm to 7.30pm

GILES ACADEMY

• Tuesday 29th September 2026
• 5.30pm to 7.30pm

At our last Open Evenings in 2025, we welcomed a record number of parents and students to the schools at South Lincolnshire Academies Trust. These are always very popular events and an exciting opportunity to take a guided tour with our students and view everything our impressive schools have to offer.

There will be welcome / information presentations throughout the evening from Mrs Jemma Curson, Chief Executive Officer and the Headteachers. Due to these being very busy events, there will be presentations taking place throughout the evening.

• No advance booking is required.
  
• Please arrive at the main school entrance where our staff and students look forward to welcoming you.
  
• Our Open Evenings are always very busy so please allow time for car parking.
  
• Parents/carers are advised to attend our Open Evening as we are unable to offer individual school tours after the event due the popularity of our school.

For students in years 10 and 11 who are considering their post-16 options, the SLAT Sixth Form at Bourne Academy will also have a separate Sixth Form Open Evening on Wednesday 11th November 2026 from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.
