Informing us of a COVID test

Informing the school of a COVID Test​

We would like to ask parents/carers if a student receives a positive COVID test result after Thursday 22nd October that you inform the school immediately using the email below.

In your email please state the following: 

  1. Name and form group of the student who has tested positive. 
  2. Date that the student first developed any symptoms, if any.  
  3. Date the student had a COVID-19 Test. 
  4. Date the student received a positive test result.  

A member of staff will then contact parents/carers via telephone to discuss the information in more detail.
