Netball Superleague game with Loughborough Lightning thrills students
Bourne Academy took a full coach of students to the sports campus at Loughborough University on Monday 9th May 2022 to watch Loughborough Lightning vs Team Bath in the Vitality Netball Superleague.
This trip was open to students from all years and was a great experience for those who currently attend the netball club to pick up some new skills or those who are new to the sport and would love to get involved.
The game was tight right from the start with the score often going goal for goal. It was a fantastic display of skill and the students were suitably impressed by the speed and power the players demonstrated! The final score was 52-46 with Loughborough Lightning pulling away in the last quarter.
