We currently have a variety of non-teaching vacancies and specialist teacher roles across the Trust.

There are full-time and part-time roles, which are all term time only so you are not required to work during the school holidays.

The closing date for all the following vacancies is 8am on Friday 12th June 2026. All positions are required to start in September 2026.

Pastoral Lead (SEND Focus)

  • Vacancies required at: Bourne Academy, Spalding Academy, Giles Academy and Cowley Academy
  • £24,502 – £29,964 per annum
  • 37 hours a week / 41 weeks per year

Specialist Teacher – Access to Learning

  • Vacancies required at: Bourne Academy, Spalding Academy, Giles Academy and Cowley Academy
  • Pay scale: MPS1 – UPS3
  • Full-time

Inclusion Learning Mentor

  • Vacancies required at: Bourne Academy, Spalding Academy, Giles Academy and Cowley Academy
  • £22,290 – £26,253 per annum
  • 32.5 hours a week / 39 weeks per annum

Classroom Cover Instructors

  • £23,375 – £26,253 per annum
  • 32.5 hours a week, 39 weeks per annum

    SEN Administrator

    • Vacancies required at: Spalding Academy and Cowley Academy
    • £13,225 – £14,864 per annum
    • 22.5 hours a week / 40 weeks per annum

    Careers & Student Advisor

    • Vacancy required at: Giles Academy
    • £24,502 – £27,598 per annum
    • 37 hours per week / 41 weeks a year

    Examination Administrator

    Art Technician (Maternity Cover)

    • £16,094 – £17,197 per annum
