Stunning display features over 700 poppies handmade by students

The History department and over 700 students from year 7 to 13 who study History have made their own poppies to create a stunning ‘Lest We Forget’ display in the History block of the school. 

Every poppy is unique and personal to the student. The staff were impressed with the creativity, thought and time each student put into their creation. There were 3D poppies, different shapes, flags to represent nationalities and inspiration learnt from their lessons.

Miss Monds and her team of staff and students helpers have done an amazing job putting this together as it really brightens up the school.
