Rotary Young Chef Competition

On the Saturday 1st February JodieĀ  represented Bourne district in the Rotary 1070 regional Young chef competition. She produced a 3 course meal of Thai crab fishcakes, Thai chicken curry and rice followed by Lemon posset. This was cooked in 1 1/2 hours at the Thomas Deacon academy kitchen. The meal looked amazing as she presented the food to the judges. We are so proud of her as she took 3rd place . This is a great achievement for her at such a competitive event.
